Definitions

The R-Levels (1-5) mean specific things in our alliance, and applied equally to everyone. 

R1

new (will be adjusted after first full week) OR not meeting minimums and has been warned.

R2

Active player: follows rules, but is more passive/busy

R3

Active and excited: follows rules and shows up for the alliance regularly

R4

Active and engaged: follows rules and has taken on alliance responsibility.

R5

Active, engaged, and responsible for the life of the alliance. Manages alliances and general direction fo rthe alliance

R4s are asked to put in a little extra effort to help the running of the alliance in exchange for the extra benefits that R4s get.

• show up for nearly all alliance events

• keep up on R4 chat and participate in the conversations there

• help us with decisions about how to manage the alliance

R4s are also often squad leaders, as it helps streamline communication. 

Squad leaders

Squad leaders have a unique role in the JOES. Squad leaders are 

• the first to get situated when we are migrating

• act as a bridge for communicating with the rest of the alliance when we need specific information
